1. Small Orders: All orders less than $100.00 excluding discounts will be subject to a $10.00 handling charge.
2. Prices are quoted FOB Lodi, NJ or Cerritos, CA, unless otherwise stated. Orders that reach full pack quantities will
qualify for Full Case (FC) pricing. Otherwise, Loose Case (LC) pricing will prevail. Orders are subject to inventory
availability.
3. Back Orders: All back ordered items will be automatically cancelled. It is the responsibility of the customer to re-order the items with their next purchase order.
4. Payment Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval. Accounts past due will be charged late fees of 1.5% of
outstanding receivables per month.
5. Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without our written authorization. We do not accept used and/or obsolete
merchandise. All authorized returns must be sent in original packaging with freight prepaid and will be subject to
re-stocking charges. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Anytc cancellations received after an order
has been processed may also be subject to re-stocking charges.
6. All shortages and/or defective products received must be reported to Winco within 5 business days of receipt. All
shortages and/or damages to products received must be reported to both the freight carrier and Winco immediately
and marked on the Bill of Lading.
7. Winco is not responsible for printing errors. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
