1. Minimum Order: Each order must meet a minimum
amount of $100.00 or is subject to $20.00 handling charge.
2. Prices quoted are FOB Lodi, New Jersey unless
otherwise stated. All Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders are subject to inventory availability.
4. Payment Terms: Net 30 days, subject to credit approval.
Accounts past due will be charged at 1.5% per month for late
fees. All merchandise will remain in the title of WINCO/ DWL
Industries Co. until they are fully paid for.
5. Orders over $1,700 will be shipped freight prepaid
to one destination within the continental USA, excluding Alaska.
Exception: Dominion and Windsor items are only counted for 50%
of their value when applying towards the prepaid freight program.
6. Return Policy: No returns will be accepted without
our authorization. We do not accept used, obsolete merchandise.
All authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid and will
be subject to re-stocking charges. Defectives and shortages
must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving merchandise.
Shipping damage filings require keeping original packaging and
contents for further inspection.
7. We are not responsible for printing or
pricing errors.
