  • Induction ready tri-ply construction consists of an aluminum layer, sandwiched between a magnetic stainless steel exterior and an 18/8 stainless steel interior cooking surface
  • Perfect for preparing many dishes with style and comfort
  • Triangular positioned rivets provide strength – will not loosen in high-volume commercial kitchens
  • Triangular shaped handle gives the chef more rotational control when flipping, sautéing or pouring
  • Hollow handle helps limit heat migration
  • Underside notch for index finger adds comfort and control of the pan
  • Helper handle with outward sloping top provides the chef with better control and a more comfortable thumb rest
