Featuring 3 large racks, this hot food merchandiser keeps foods at the perfect serving temperature great for pizza, burritos, pretzels and more. The specially engineered airflow pattern is designed to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity around the foods to prevent drying out. A removable humidity tray collects any condensation. The cabinet features a rotational motor for the optional rotating pizza rack (sold separately). The food warmer has a black powder-coated exterior and stainless steel interior. Clear view tempered glass on all sides ensure an appetizing appearance from any angle. The double door design quickly opens and closes minimizing temperature fluctuations ideal for self-service environments.
